The boiled eggs with the cheese sauce and spinach

The ingredients:

4 eggs.

Ahalf cup of boiled spinach.

4 slices of toast.

1 small spoon of mustard.

1 cup of whisked cream.

1 cup of gooda cheese.

The recipe:

1 . Put the cream with the mustard and the cheese in a pan and heat them until the cheese is melted.

2 . Poil the eggs with out the crust ( poach) in a hot water with three big spoons of white vinegar.

3 . put the boiled eggs on the spinach and the toast then pour the cheese sauce on it.
